1. Overview & Acceptance
Welcome to Bowlmingo ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order online or via WhatsApp, or subscribing to our healthy meal plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products, Portions & Hygiene Standards
Bowlmingo prepares 100% natural, handcrafted fruit bowls, high-protein mixes, sugar-free diabetic options, and custom bowls, and also sells whole, uncut fresh fruits by the kilogram. All fruit bowls are prepared fresh only after order confirmation in an ultra-hygienic kitchen with zero added preservatives.
- Portion sizes vary by recipe and by the fruits in your bowl, so the weight of a bowl is approximate and may differ slightly between orders.
- Fresh fruits are sold by weight in 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg packs. Individual fruits vary naturally in size, ripeness and appearance, so the number of pieces in a pack may differ between orders.
- Nutrition and allergen information on product pages is approximate and given as guidance. Our kitchen also handles nuts, peanuts and honey, so traces may be present. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.
- Fruit availability may vary seasonally. In cases of natural supply shortages, equivalent premium fruit substitutions may be made.
🛡️ 3. Order Policy (Cancellations, Returns & Refunds)
Due to the highly perishable nature of freshly cut raw fruits, orders entered into our kitchen workflow cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded after the order has been placed.
An online order is confirmed only after your payment succeeds. An online order that has not been paid is not a confirmed order: you can cancel it yourself from Order History before paying, and it is cancelled automatically after 60 minutes. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for details.
* If you receive a damaged package or wrong item during delivery, please inform our delivery rider or contact our helpline (+91 79045 69566) immediately upon receipt for replacement evaluation.
4. Delivery Radius, Fees & Live Location
Delivery is available up to a maximum distance of 10 km from our kitchen location in Omalur.
Orders placed within 5 km from Omalur kitchen enjoy 100% Free Doorstep Delivery.
A nominal delivery fee of ₹25 applies. Orders beyond 10 km cannot be fulfilled.
5. Payment Methods & Prepaid Coupons
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Prepaid Payments via secure payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking).
⚡ Instant Discount: Selecting "Pay Online Now" automatically applies a 10% discount coupon (BOWLMINGO10, up to ₹100 per order) to the fruit bowls in your cart. Fresh fruits sold by the kilogram are not included in prepaid or other discount coupons, their bigger packs already cost less per kilogram.
Subscription plans are prepaid online for the whole plan and start on the date you choose once payment is confirmed. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, with no auto-renewal. You may skip deliveries from your account until 10 AM the day before, within the skips included in your plan. Delivery is free within 5 km, and areas 5 to 10 km away pay a fee per delivery on plans that do not include free delivery.
If an online payment fails or is not completed, no order is confirmed. If money is deducted for a failed payment, it is returned automatically by your bank or payment provider, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
6. Pre-Booking Requests
Items marked for "Pre-Booking" are reserved in advance. Submitting a pre-booking lead does not charge your card immediately. Our kitchen manager will contact you via WhatsApp/Phone to verify availability and confirm order dispatch.
