Bowlmingo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your fresh fruit bowl orders and pre-bookings:
- Contact Details: Customer Name, Phone / WhatsApp Number, and Email Address.
- Delivery Address & Location: Delivery address, PIN code, and live GPS coordinates (with your browser permission) to calculate accurate delivery distance.
- Order Details: Bowl and fruit selections (including pack sizes), customization notes, quantity, and payment preference. For subscription plans we also keep your chosen bowls, start date, delivery area and delivery schedule.
📍 2. Use of Live GPS Location Data
With your explicit permission, our checkout system accesses your device's live location strictly to measure your real-time distance from our Omalur kitchen location.
- Location data is used to verify our 10 km maximum delivery radius and to plan the delivery route.
- If you share your live location, the coordinates are saved with your order only to plan delivery routes. They are never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
- If location access is denied, you can select your delivery locality manually from our area list.
3. Payment Security
Online prepaid transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partners. Bowlmingo does not store or collect your debit card details, credit card numbers, CVV, or netbanking passwords on our servers.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your contact phone number is shared only with our assigned delivery rider and WhatsApp notification system strictly for order delivery coordination.
5. Session Cookies & Cart State
We use session cookies solely to maintain your shopping cart items, selected delivery area, and login state while you navigate our website.
