How does daily delivery work?
Orders can be placed online 24/7. Our riders deliver your freshly prepared fruit bowl on the next scheduled delivery day, Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, in chilled thermal bags.
Can I pause my subscription when traveling?
Yes. Skip any delivery from My Subscriptions in your account until 10 AM the day before, and it is added to the end of your plan so you still receive every bowl. Each plan includes a few skips (1 on Weekly, 5 on Monthly and Pro). Need more? Message us on WhatsApp.
How does billing work?
You pay once, online, for the whole plan using UPI, cards or net banking. Your plan starts after the payment is confirmed. If the payment is not completed within 60 minutes, the plan is cancelled automatically and you are not charged.
Which areas do subscription plans cover?
Subscriptions deliver anywhere within our usual 10 km radius from our Omalur kitchen, covering most of Omalur and Salem. Delivery is free within 5 km, and areas 5 to 10 km away pay a small fee per delivery on plans without free delivery.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Plans are prepaid with no auto-renewal. If you need to stop early, message us on WhatsApp and we will refund the value of the deliveries not yet made.
