• Free delivery on all orders within 5 km of our Omalur kitchen.
• Nominal delivery fee of ₹25 applies for locations between 5.1 km to 10 km.
• Orders are accepted 24/7. However, every order is delivered on the next scheduled delivery day, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM (e.g. an order placed today at 10:00 AM is delivered tomorrow during the scheduled slot). Do you have subscription plans?
Yes. Choose a Weekly, Monthly or Pro plan, pick your bowls and start date, and pay once online. Bowls arrive Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 1 PM, and you can skip a delivery from your account. See our plans or try the Bowl Planner.
What happens if my online payment fails?
Your order is not confirmed and you are not charged. If money was deducted, your bank returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. You can try again from the link in the email we send you, or from Order History using Pay Now.
