Choosing Your Pack Size

Each fruit is sold in three pack sizes: 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg.

The product page shows the price for each pack and how much you save by choosing a bigger one.

The quantity you select is the number of packs, so two 3 kg packs means six kilograms in total.

How Much Should You Buy?

There is no single right answer, because every household eats differently.

A useful rule is simple: buy the amount you can enjoy while the fruit is still at its best.

Ask yourself three questions.

1. How many people will eat this fruit?
2. How often do you eat it, daily or a few times a week?
3. Are you also planning to juice it or use it in cooking?

2. On the product page, choose a 1 kg, 3 kg or 5 kg pack.
3. Set the number of packs you want.
4. Tap Add to Cart, or send the order on WhatsApp instead.
5. At checkout, enter your name, phone, email and delivery address, and choose your area.
6. Choose to pay online or on delivery, and place the order.

Please double-check your email address. We send your order confirmation there.

If you spot a mistake after ordering, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will fix it.

Delivery in Omalur and Salem

You can place an order at any hour, day or night.

Delivery is not instant. Every order is delivered on the next scheduled delivery day, Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

There is no delivery on Sundays, so an order placed on Saturday evening arrives on Monday.

Payment Options

You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.

Online payment supports UPI, cards and net banking through a secure payment page.

An online order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. If you do not complete it within 60 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically and you are not charged.

Bigger fruit packs already include bulk savings, so the prepaid discount that applies to fruit bowls does not apply to fresh fruit packs.

What Is Pre-Booking?

Sometimes you will see a Pre-Book button instead of Add to Cart.

This means the fruit is not on sale yet. You can reserve it so we know you are interested.

2. Tell us how many kilograms you need, and add your name and phone number.
3. Our team contacts you on WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability, price and delivery.
4. Nothing is charged when you pre-book. You decide once you hear the details.

Pre-booking helps us plan what to bring in, and helps you get the fruit you want.

How We Keep Fruit Fresh

Fresh Fruits are whole and uncut, so they do not need a cold display case to stay good.

Each kilogram is checked and sorted before dispatch. We set aside pieces that are soft, damaged or below our standard.

We only bring in what we plan to deliver, and delivery follows a fixed schedule so fruit does not sit around waiting.

What to Check When It Arrives

Take a minute to look at your delivery when the rider hands it over.

• Open the pack and check the top and bottom layers.
• Look for soft, wet or mouldy pieces.
• Remember that natural size, colour and small marks vary from piece to piece, and the photos show real fruit.
• If something is damaged or spoiled, tell the rider straight away, or call our helpline.
